0000003: Restart Session doesn't work under Fedora 8.

Last line in the afterstep log when i tried this was:

'afterstep ERROR: Can't open display ":0.". Exiting!'

doing an echo of $DISPLAY shows it to return ":0.0".

maybe something is getting truncated...

been able to confirm this. it doesnt occur in fc7.

after additional testing, it seems its the "." thats causing the problem. if the DISPLAY=:0 then it works fine. but if its DISPLAY:0. then it causes AS to exit out.

which, it seems to be an X api thats causing AS to exit.

Issue should be resolved now. will need further testing on other aspects that involve different DISPLAY var values, to insure nothing has been broken due to this fix.

Restart session is working but for some reason none of the modules come back when restarting. Wharf and pager just disappear. Stopping and starting them does not bring them back either.

As of yesterday the restart function seems to be working fine.
